Creamy Avocado Soup is easy to prepare and it only takes 40 minutes for this delicious and colorful soup to be ready on your plate.
- Heat the butter in the pot, saute the chopped onion add thin slices of garlic. Add the flour, stir, pour in the milk and the same amount of water. Bring it all to boil.
- Cut avocados in half meanwhile, remove the seed and dig out the pulp. Mash with the fork and add it to the pot, flavor with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 more minutes.
- Serve with the cooking cream, top with pine nuts, thyme and serve with baked tortillas.
