Baked Broccoli with Almond Crust
Baked broccoli with almond crust for a healthy and delicious meal for your family and friends.
- Clean broccoli, divide in individual florest and boil in boiling salted water for 4 minutes. Then take it out, rinse with cold water.
- Heat 60 g of butter in saucepan, add plain flour and brown slightly. Add milk, stir constantly and simmer. After 10 minutes add cream, bring to boil and remove from flame. Season with salt and mace. Let cool off partially, add yolks and mix well until you get thick golden bechamel.
- Put boiled broccoli to buttered baking bowl, add bechamel sauce, put in hot oven and bake at 180°C for 8-10 minutes.
- Meanwhile mix left butter with breadcrumbs, almond chips and chopped green parsley. Cover broccoli with it and bake for 5 minutes more until you get golden crust. Serve with boiled potatoes and garnish with pieces of red bell pepper.
