Healthy Radish drink
Radish contains some vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, iron and sodium. Since it does not have many calories, it is a popular snack for people who are struggling with being overweight. However, it should be enjoyed sparingly, as it can cause digestive problems.
Radish is a popular ingredient in healthy diet. Radish juice is also recommend to boost immune system.
- Clean radish, wash tem well and let dry off. Grat 4 radish. Cut left radish in pieces, put them in blender and mix them.
- Then add cold kefir and mix. Salt and pepper it.
- Rinse watercress and shake redundant water out.
- Divide drink in glasses. Garnish it with grated radish and watercress. Serve immediately.
